This wine beautifully complements fresh, delicate seafood dishes. The distinctive lime and lemon flavours makes them a particularly good match for Asian and Asian-inspired food.
In 2016 the regional blending approach continues for Hardys, leaning towards a traditional style of Riesling. This wine blends the fine lemon line and mineral tightness of Clare valley fruit with the expressive fruit flavours of Tasmania.
