Pinot Noir

Rich red in colour, with aromas of strawberry, cherries, autumnal leaves, spicy and anise combined with fine French oak. Loaded with flavours of red and dark fruits layers of spice and anise followed by silky savoury tannins. Overall a wine of complexity and layered fruit which will develop further interest through secondary characters over the next five years.

Food Pairing

This wine goes well with beef, lamb or seafood try it with with black sesame crusted tuna and a dash of wasabi. Or enjoy this wine with cured meats and cheeses like a creamy brie, a blue and goats cheese.

From the Winemaker

The 2016 vintage sources fruit from premium vineyards in Yarra Valley; producing classic strawberry fruit aromas and soft tannins, while the Mornington Peninsula component delivers a darker fruit spectrum.
