Medium straw in colour with lifted peach and pear aromas, and citrus overtones. Complexed with spicy vanillin oak. Medium bodied wine rich in peach and fleshy fruit flavours and sweet vanillin oak. A soft, creamy and persistent mouthfeel, with a clean fresh lingering finish.
Enjoy this medium-bodied chardonnay with chicken and pork dishes, creamy pasta, seafood and salads. Pair it with semi soft cow’s milk cheese and goat cheese.
Warm summer days and plenty of sunshine allowed full fruit flavours and sugars to develop. This year we had an optimum ripening season, with mild days and cool nights allowing superlative flavour development.
